Earlier this year a Roblox game named Pressure gained popularity. Similarly to DOORS, Pressure requires players to open doors and get to the end while avoiding enemies along the way. While the game has lost some of its popularity, it has received a few updates, most notably the “Friendly Fire” update which added turrets and more to the game. With Halloween just around the corner, several games have or are planning to have spooky updates, including Pressure.
As of October 21st, 2024, “The Raveyard” update to Pressure released. This update includes a separate limited time game mode with new environments, four new enemies, and six badges. Although this is an update to Pressure, the new game mode plays very differently. Taking place in the Raveyard, a graveyard with a big skeleton party. In this game mode, players must dodge different enemies while making their way to the end to shut down the party. This game mode is fairly short, only taking around 20 minutes, but it is full of fun moments.
In conclusion, this update is an interesting way to add new content to Pressure without continuing the base story. This is a unique update and shows that the developers are not afraid to do something different with the game. Hopefully, this is a sign of what is coming and not just a one-time thing.
